How does it work?

Just buy or sell a house, condo, apartment and/or land between $400,001 and $750,000 with California Oak Realty and we'll give you a FREE trip to Fiji.

Are there some conditions? Sure, but they're relatively minor...

•  To legally give away a FREE trip to Fiji and abide with California Real Estate Law, HUD, and RESPA laws, we're required to give the successful buyer or seller we represent a gift certificate or check after the successful close of escrow.
  
  
•  The money that allows this trip, is not a part of the real estate transaction - it is out of the REALTOR'S own personal funds.
  
  
•  California Oak Realty must be chosen (a written agreement is required) as your sole and exclusive buying or selling agent. Sales are exclusive right to sell listings.
  
  
•  The gift certificate dollar amount is based on round-trip airfare for you and a friend to Fiji departing from; SAN, LAX, or SFO airports including 4 nights hotel accommodation in Fiji.
  
  
•  By issuing you a gift certificate/check, it allows you to commence relationship with a, or your, selected travel partner (i.e. - United Airlines) outside the real estate transaction.
  
  
•  If you're unable, or don't want to go on the trip, you can use the bonus to donate to your favorite charity, complete a home renovation project, contribute to an education fund, or in actuality, ANY other purpose. Just let us know what works best for you.
  
  
•  Recipient(s) must be 18 years of age and will receive a 1099 after the trip.
  
  
•  The Fiji gift certificate/check is valued at $3000.
  
  
•  Offer is valid throughout California.
  
  
•  You must mention this offer before we commence working with each other.
  
  
•  The buying agents commission being offered by the seller/lender/bank must be at least 2.5% of the closed sale price.
  
  
•  If we sell your home, and represent you in buying another, we will give you two trips for FREE!
  
  
•  We will personally deliver your gift certificate/check within 3 days of escrow closing.
  
  
•  Please note: when buying a home, condo, and/or land, a buyer DOES NOT pay commission. All commissions are paid by the seller of the property. So it truly is FREE!
